Clyde and Avon Valley Festival 2017: Castles, Craigs and Creatures!

A chance to explore the nature of Cartland Craigs, including bluebells and badgers (if the group is quiet !). There will also be spectacular views of the river gorge and Thomas Telford’s dramatic Cartland Bridge. Finally, we shall visit the mysterious remains of Castle Qua.  No dogs.

Clothing: Warm clothes and walking boots / wellies

Terrain:  Good path, but steep in places

Maximum number of participants:  10

Age group:  Any age, but no unaccompanied children. No dogs

Parking:  There is a small car park at the north western end of Cartland Bridge (space for approx..6 cars). PLEASE EXERCISE CAUTION ACCESSING THIS CAR PARK AS IT IS ON A SHARP BEND
